Imagery: This Fall spread features items for making a cozy breakfast at home. I assisted our on-set chef with the pancakes and bacon and helped organize the flow of shots. I also wrote the copy for this spread.

Imagery: Cooking.com has everything you need to create a quick and easy pasta dinner, including this recipe which I helped make. For this shot, I first assisted the chef with the prep work, then assisted the food stylist for the final shot. I also wrote the copy for this spread.

Imagery: The prep work for this spread included finding the perfect ears of corn to frying the chicken to getting a perfectly browned topping on the cobbler. I assisted both the chef and the food stylist, and wrote the copy for these two pages.

Imagery: The July, 2003 catalog featured this spread which involved baking several batches of brownies and making “ice cream”. Imagery: When this spread was shot, the Santoku was becoming the knife of choice for home chefs. We highlighted it plus other high-end cutlery from brands like Henckels and Wusthof. I assisted the food stylist with the prepping of food items, and also wrote the copy for these two pages.
